How It Works
How does it work?
You start off with an application indicating whether you already own land to build or want us to choose from our database. You then indicate your budget and whether you are seeking financing. We then process your application and give you options of houses that fit your budget.
You sign a commitment and we assign you a technical team to work on your design and any other necessary documentation
If going through financing, we compile your requirements and send to a partner financial institution of your choice. Once done with this step, we proceed to construction and deliver within the shortest time possible.
You get periodic updates through notifications and photos across the construction phase.
The Process
Application
Apply online and specify your budget
and needs and
provide all necessary documents
Assessment
After registration, our onboarding team will assess your application and provide you with an offer and next steps
Design and Planning
After successful assessment, you proceed to select a house based on your budget and a technical team is assigned to handle your project
Pre-construction
Once the design and planning phase is complete, we sign all necessary documents like construction contracts, approve the house at the relevant planning office and assign a construction team.
Construction
Construction starts and is done in milestones. A construction manager is assigned to oversee the project and update the system periodically.
Completion
After the construction is completed, we run through a post-construction checklist to make sure everything is right. We do a valuation on the house and apply for an occupation certificate.
Move-in
Once everything is set, you’re ready to move in at your own convenience.
Eligibility 
Must be 18 years and above. Employed or in business (must provide proof). Must have a good credit score if seeking financing.
Applications currently open to all employeed persons and business people including those working abroad.
We’re currently targeting homes across the country
Application fee ranges between KES15,000 to KES50,000 depending on the nature of application and is paid on successful application processing.
